This book is one of my favorites all the time as a reference. It provides fact sheets self-analysis and development of an objective and “practical” plan for the entrepreneur. I have the chance to hear Rick has been personally and now I have the added pleasure of her stories and thoughts on paper. He makes complex ideas into simple lessons that all managers can and must consider and employ in their work. It is the best they can manage to become.
