Sage (I am not a lawyer, for two people who have not seen this acronym), I can not really talk about the collection and selection of cases Rustad tackled in this book. They seem to be relevant and covers a broad spectrum of law Internet.Ich am convinced that no publisher Rustad never worked on this book, but. Some things that do not decrease significantly from this book understanding of the laws thereof. I may be the most sensitive of the first chapter, Overview of the Internet have, because that’s what I’m familiar with before reading the book, but if it lists Mozilla Firefox3 as an engine research, I wonder where researchers are. In his History of the Internet, it takes the road to start confusion with current events and working conditions at their GrĂ¼ndung.Eine Another feature that, when I ran (and slapped me around head), its coverage of the Child Protection Act was) Chapter 9. 2 (B) and the Child Pornography Prevention Act in Chapter 9. 2 (D. Contrary to the title of the section and use the abbreviation “COPPA” instead of “COPA” Section (D)) is identical to the section (B. I do not know if they are two names different for the same common law or separate legislation ganz.Ein recurring annoyance is his habit of discussing a topic (usually) a case, switching to another and then back to the original. It is very inconsistent and confusing for someone a new reading Gesetz.Eine how much information is in this book, but the presentation, it is difficult to understand and Vertrauen.Bewertung: 2 / 5

I was lucky, was a student in Year 1, the teacher of the class Torts Rustad Suffolk University. Law School (Boston) in the early 90s. He was one of the few, very few real teachers rights in this school who did not the last title of Professor “law” and I head explode. It was funny, warm, intelligent and very knowledgeable – a great teacher. This series of books has been legal at the time, and I think he made a good choice in this Title, Author. Rating: 4 / 5

This book was very popular with students in both my classes, because it covers not only legislation and case law. It also provides a brief historical and technical description of the Internet and examines the cultural and legal challenges, a revolutionary technology that borders the click of a mouse crosses made. This very readable book covers the path of law in the United States and Europe, and predicts future conflicts between these different legal regimes. In addition Rustad provides a comprehensive summary of the case, senior counsel and concepts necessary to advance in this rapidly evolving field. Rating: 5 / 5
